In Nov 2019, Shadab started a meetup group by the same name, and I (Moses Sam Paul) reached out to him to understand his vision and met a couple of times at DYU art cafe in Koramangala, and we had our first meetup and people with similar interest came together to keep the community going.
A community is a group of individuals coming together based on some commonalities such as Language or Imaginary boundaries drawn by "men" or caste or skills. We are a skill-based community.
We define a skill-based community as a microcosm of an economy which means there are a skilled labor supply and demand for the supply being created and the movement between the supply and demand happens as frictionlessly as possible.
This is NOT a space to chill, hang-out, and do nothing. This is a "SAFE ENOUGH" space to MEET, LEARN and GROW your sales, marketing & strategy skills.
Quantum Computing basics, Quantum Cryptography, Quantum Finance & Quantum Machine Learning are the current skills we are inculcating and growing as a community.
We will open up our community for Quantum Algorithms as a Service.
The biggest threat to any blockchain product is the Hashing Algos being broken due to Quantum computing. As we are building a blockchain-based community economy it was pertinent to understand this new tech and its impact. Quantum Cryptography is the area I (Moses Sam Paul) keep a close eye on and the Quantum Cryptography team that we have is the best one could ask to, learn from, and work with!
Learning Circles- As we've mentioned on the Learn page, Heutagogy, otherwise known as self-determined learning, is a student-centered instructional strategy that emphasizes the development of autonomy, capacity, and capability.
Anyone with Patron tier benefits can create a learning circle within the QCI discord server as long as they show a learning path and the curated resources for the same.
We meet every day for 1 hour to learn something new about our field.
Of course, you can & If you really can do it on your own, this space is not for you.
It is for the "Average Joe" who fails to read/learn coherently research papers and case studies of things happening in their field. We have put in a ton of effort to make this a safe-enough space where learning can thrive with collective accountability.
If you're serious about a Career or Gig in the Q field, this is the best place to be.
Learn from academicians and practitioners, or Start your learning circle curate high-quality research-backed content, and eventually become a facilitator and/or participate in paid Gigs and/or build your quantum startup and we are here to support you all the way.

Communities need “safe enough” spaces is not saying that students need protection from the argument or the discovery that they should change their minds. It is a saying that students should participate in discussion and inquiry without the threat of harassment or intimidation.
That basic sense is feeling “safe enough” to explore differences without fear and work toward positive outcomes with courage.
Every community member understands the meaning of safe-enough spaces and agrees to abide by these Community Guidelines:

- Learn through Peer learning and risk-taking within Learning Circles
- Reflect and Analyse Complex Thinking
- Show support for fellow Community Members while Encouraging deeper levels of analysis
- Stand by fellow community members during times of Transition and Growth
